Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a binding agreement between SoloLvl (SoloLvl, we, our, us) and any individual or entity accessing the SoloLvl website or using the platform's digital services (Customer, you, your).

By accessing the platform or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

1. Introduction and Platform Overview

SoloLvl operates as a digital platform and marketplace connecting Customers with independent experienced players (Contractors) who provide skill-based in-game assistance services.

SoloLvl acts primarily as:

  • An intermediary facilitating communication and coordination between Customers and Contractors
  • A platform providing tools to manage orders, progress tracking, and customer support
  • A digital service provider offering gameplay assistance and coaching solutions

SoloLvl does not operate as a seller of in-game items, currencies, characters, or copyrighted content. All services are strictly manual, skill-based, and performed by human players.

2. Definitions

  • Platform - the SoloLvl website, communication tools, order system, and interfaces.
  • Services - digital, skill-based in-game assistance and coaching services.
  • Contractor - an independent experienced player providing services through the platform.
  • Customer Account - your game account used for a service.
  • Order - a confirmed request for services.
  • Piloted Service - service requiring temporary account access.
  • Selfplay Service - service where the Customer plays personally.
  • Game Developer - any company owning or managing the underlying game.

3. Nature of Services

Services offered through SoloLvl include, but are not limited to:

  • Dungeon, raid, boss, or progression assistance
  • PvP coaching and rating support
  • Character improvement and strategy consulting
  • Seasonal, weekly, or recurring gameplay activities
  • Coaching sessions and performance analysis
  • Manual gameplay assistance by Contractors
  • Any other digital service listed on the platform

All services are performed manually, without bots, automation, hacks, scripts, cheating, exploits, or third-party tools that violate game rules.

4. SoloLvl as an Intermediary

SoloLvl facilitates the connection between Customers and Contractors. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Contractors are independent individuals, not employees of SoloLvl.
  • SoloLvl does not supervise or control Contractor gameplay techniques or strategies.
  • SoloLvl does not sell in-game assets, gold, items, equipment, characters, or progression.
  • Any in-game items received during a service occur naturally as a result of manual gameplay.

SoloLvl's role includes: securing payments, matching Customers with Contractors, overseeing dispute resolution, providing customer support, ensuring smooth service delivery, and monitoring platform rules compliance.

SoloLvl is not a party to any in-game transactions that may occur naturally during gameplay. This structure mirrors the legal standard used by major international digital marketplaces.

5. Eligibility Requirements

To use the platform, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You legally own or control the Customer Account.
  • You understand that digital game assistance may violate the rules of some Game Developers.
  • You assume all associated risks.
  • Your use of the platform does not violate local laws or contractual obligations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate account and order information
  • Ensure your game account is accessible and ready for service
  • Avoid interfering with Contractors during a piloted service
  • Follow instructions from SoloLvl support and Contractors
  • Notify SoloLvl immediately of any issue with account access or credentials
  • Maintain respectful communication

SoloLvl reserves the right to cancel services for Customers who act abusively or violate Platform policies.

7. Account Access and Security (Piloted Services)

If you choose a piloted service, you may be required to provide temporary login credentials. You acknowledge that:

  • Access is granted voluntarily
  • You assume full risk associated with account sharing
  • Login during service may interrupt progress
  • Game Developers may issue warnings, locks, or penalties for shared access
  • SoloLvl is not liable for developer-imposed restrictions, losses, or bans
  • SoloLvl does not modify, alter, or tamper with Customer Accounts

For maximum safety, SoloLvl strongly recommends selfplay services.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers are prohibited from:

  • Requesting services involving exploits, hacks, bots, or illegal tools
  • Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks
  • Abusing support or Contractors
  • Sharing malicious files
  • Violating Game Developer rules through intentional misconduct
  • Impersonating others
  • Using SoloLvl to circumvent regional restrictions

Violations may result in cancellation of services without refund.

9. Ordering Process

An order becomes active when:

  • Payment is successfully processed
  • SoloLvl assigns a Contractor
  • Necessary information is provided by the Customer

SoloLvl may cancel or decline orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or incompatible with Platform policy. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

10. Service Delivery and Execution

  • Contractors will complete the service within reasonable time, subject to game environment conditions.
  • Customer may receive progress updates through the Platform or communication channels.
  • Delays may occur due to game patches, outages, matchmaking restrictions, or unexpected gameplay variables.
  • Service is considered complete once the described objective is achieved.

11. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through approved third-party providers. By paying, you confirm:

  • You are the authorized payment method holder
  • Your payment is legitimate
  • You will not engage in fraudulent disputes

SoloLvl does not store card information. Prices may change without notice.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • Service has not begun
  • Contractor has not invested time
  • SoloLvl is unable to complete the service
  • Product description is materially incorrect

Refunds are NOT provided when:

  • Customer changes their mind
  • Customer provides incorrect account information
  • Service is interrupted by Customer login
  • Delays occur due to game updates or server issues
  • Customer violates these Terms

Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment, at SoloLvl's discretion.

13. Chargebacks and Fraud

Illegitimate chargebacks violate these Terms. SoloLvl may:

  • Suspend Customer access
  • Provide documentation to payment processors
  • Pursue recovery of losses and fees
  • Deny future services

14. Risks Related to Gameplay and Account Sharing

You acknowledge that:

  • Digital assistance may violate some Game Developer rules
  • Game Developers may issue account penalties
  • SoloLvl is not responsible for bans, suspensions, or developer decisions
  • All risk is assumed by the Customer

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' SoloLvl disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Guaranteed outcomes
  • Compliance with Game Developer rules
  • Error-free execution
  • Permanent access to Contractors

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, SoloLvl is not liable for:

  • Lost accounts, bans, suspensions
  • Lost items, characters, or progress
  • Delays or service interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Inaccuracies caused by Customer
  • Game environment changes
  • Third-party actions
  • Contractor mistakes outside SoloLvl's control

SoloLvl's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

17. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, artwork, and game content belong exclusively to their respective owners. SoloLvl claims no ownership or affiliation with any Game Developer.

SoloLvl does not sell in-game items, currency, or copyrighted assets. Any in-game rewards obtained during a service arise naturally from manual gameplay and are not sold by SoloLvl.

18. No Affiliation with Game Developers

SoloLvl is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by: Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, Valve, Amazon Games, Square Enix, Wargaming, Jagex, Bungie, Activision, or any other Game Developer or publisher.

Views and opinions expressed belong solely to SoloLvl.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoloLvl, its staff, and Contractors from any claims, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of Game Developer rules
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Misuse of the Customer Account

20. Force Majeure

SoloLvl is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including: outages, natural disasters, game patches, global events, infrastructure failures, platform restrictions, and changes in game rules by developers.

21. Governing Framework

These Terms represent the entire agreement. They are intentionally country-neutral and do not reference any specific jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or an agreed-upon neutral dispute resolution mechanism.

22. Amendments

SoloLvl may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
