Refund Policy

Our Commitment

SoloLvl is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

When Refunds Are Provided

You may request a refund if:

  • Service has not begun
  • Contractor has not invested time in your order
  • SoloLvl is unable to complete the service as described
  • Product description is materially incorrect
  • Order not started within 24 hours (for time-sensitive services)

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Service has been completed successfully
  • Customer changes their mind after service begins
  • Customer provides incorrect account information
  • Service is interrupted by Customer login
  • Delays occur due to game updates, patches, or server issues
  • Customer violates our Terms of Service
  • More than 30 days have passed since the order

Partial Refunds

If a service is partially completed, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work remaining.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support via Discord or Telegram
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days

Cryptocurrency Payments

For cryptocurrency payments:

  • Refunds may be issued in the original cryptocurrency
  • Or as equivalent USD value (at our discretion)
  • Network fees may be deducted from refund amount

Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used on any service
  • Is non-transferable

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please escalate to our management team via Discord.
