For piloted services, you may voluntarily provide:

We DO NOT:

  • Store credentials after service completion
  • Share credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use your account information beyond the scope of your Order
  • Modify or alter account settings unrelated to service delivery

You may request deletion of any residual account data after service completion.

Trusted third parties assisting with: website hosting, analytics, email delivery, security services, customer support tools.

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to: comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, Customers, or platform integrity.

Game login credentials for piloted services are deleted immediately after service completion.

SoloLvl may process or store information using servers or service providers located in different regions. By using the Platform, you consent to data being transferred and processed where necessary to operate the service.
